Director of Client Services
Tracey Baker is the Director of Client Services for The Seiden Law Firm. Through Ms. Baker, the firm's clients can be assured that they always have access to a lawyer rather than a paralegal, secretary or clerk. As the firm's liaison, Ms. Baker guarantees that all clients always receive the attention and assistance they require and deserve.
Ms. Baker also represents clients in the areas of personal injury, car accidents, insurance litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, family law as well as other civil litigation matters. During her tenure with The Seiden Law Firm, she has been involved in multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts.
In addition to being a trial lawyer, Ms. Baker is also Certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Mediator. Ms. Baker is also Certified in Family Business Advising by the Family Firm Institute, an international organization dedicated to family business and family wealth advising.
Tracey Baker received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida where she was the recipient of numerous academic distinctions and book awards.
Ms. Baker holds memberships in the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, Florida Bar Association, Family Firm Institute, Association for Conflict Resolution and International Association for Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises. Ms. Baker has performed pro bono work for The Legal Aid Society in Palm Beach County, Florida.
